Overview
A platform which allows its users to compare coworking spaces, and displays a smart, friendly, and most importantly functional segmentation.
The website displays hundreds of work spaces around the country which are divided according to geographic location, budget limitations, purpose and types of desired services.
The platform is designed for both businesses (B) and private consumers (C) who are interested in renting a work station \ space, and for a consumer \ organization who are interested in leasing their work spaces.
The Solution
There are already two existing websites which offer similar services. The entrepreneurs are aware of these websites; however, their interests and goals are different (the entrepreneurs’ goals and needs should remain confidential…).
The challenge is to create the platform in a way that delivers a perfect and intuitive user experience which outdo the experiences offered by the already existing websites.

1. User Research
The target audience consists mostly of users who are hoping to hire work and conference spaces and classrooms: freelancers, entrepreneurs and\or business owners (with an emphasis on hi-tech companies) who want to hire a station or a room in a shared workspace.
In addition, the platform serves property owners who are interested in leasing a (business) space, and organizations that their actual business is workspaces renting.
Who Are the Users?
Freelancers, entrepreneurs, business owners
when they begin their search process, they are flooded with countless sources of information and every one of these sources has its own agenda and interest. They need one source that will collect all the relevant data in order to find the optimal space for them.

property owners are always looking to advertise their assets for the lowest price possible without the need to hire a third party
2. References & Comparisons
Since there already exist direct competitors which offer a similar service it was highly important to understand the user’s exact need in order to be able to offer them the best and most appropriate experience. By conducting a UX research I have discovered that I need to link between the real estate world and the hospitality experience.
In this process, I used my knowledge and experience in the world of tourism, which I acquired during my BSc studies.
The platform should be able to proficiently provide data analysis and display. I chose to combine the functionality of the Booking and Madlan websites with the tourism and nomadism experience of Airbnb in order to achieve

3. Ideation & Solution
A system which filters options in accordance with the user’s needs and provides them with a quick glance through innovative, accessible and convenient by functional User Interface.
The key interface enables a main search to be conducted according to a location or a need, and is able to filter information according to specific parameters while also presenting the qualities of the relevant space in a pleasant and convenient way.
Moreover, an independent managerial interface which is designed for a user who is leasing a space, enables them to manage their work spaces on their own without using a third party. The interface can be entered through a simple sign-up process (including verification), and enables complexes to be established and the listing and updating of available units for lease to be completed in a more precise, intuitive and quick way.

4. UI Design
Together with the client, we chose a colour palette that is different from the existing websites. My goal was both to stand out and create a design which is clean and pleasant and can assist in building a simple and accurate user interface.
